Shipping Methods

Free delivery in France from €40 to a pickup point and from €60 for home delivery.

Depending on product availability and once your order has been prepared, delivery—handled by Colissimo or DPD—takes on average 2 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery address.

A tracking number will be sent to you so you can monitor your parcel.

In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal of the parcel by the recipient without valid reason, or any lack of information regarding the delivery location, Vikim Diffusion cannot be held responsible.

If a delivery issue arises due to an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or any other reason requiring a new shipment, additional shipping costs may be charged at actual cost. Please note that the new delivery will only be made once these additional fees have been paid.

Home Delivery (Colissimo)

Receives a rating of A.

This score is achieved because you do not need to travel—Colissimo comes directly to you using one of the largest electric vehicle fleets in Europe.
Through optimized logistics, Colissimo has reduced parcel carbon emissions by 42% between 2013 and 2022.
Additionally, Colissimo supports reforestation and CO₂ offset projects to contribute to global carbon neutrality.

Pickup Point Delivery (Colissimo)

Receives a rating of A, B, or D, depending on your transportation method:

• A: Walking, cycling, or any low-impact/electric transport

  (also applies if you collect your parcel during another trip)

• B: Public transportation

• D: Gasoline or hybrid vehicle

  → According to ADEME data, a 1 km trip by car emits 217g of CO₂, while a Colissimo parcel in mainland France averages 357g CO₂e (2022)
