Customs duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Ukraine and the rest of the world), customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may be charged to the recipient by the carrier or the customs authorities of the destination country. They are not included in the price paid on the website and remain payable by the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email when your order ships, except for international letters.
Address and redelivery
In the event of an incomplete address, an incorrect address, refusal of the parcel by the recipient without valid reason or any other lack of information regarding the delivery location, Vikim Diffusion cannot be held responsible.
In the event of an error in the delivery address, an access problem at the delivery location, or any other problem requiring a new delivery, this may be charged at actual cost, it being understood that only payment of these additional costs will allow the new delivery.
