Terms of sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to any purchase made by a natural person (hereinafter the “CUSTOMER”) on the website https://www.lartisanbrossier.com (hereinafter the “SITE”) from Vikim Diffusion, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 324017748 and VAT number FR57324017748, with its registered office at 15 rue Pierre et Marie Curie, 22190 Plérin, France.

(hereinafter the “SELLER”).

IMPORTANT

Any order placed on the SITE implies the CUSTOMER’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

• CUSTOMER: any individual acting as a consumer under French law, excluding any commercial or professional activity.
• DELIVERY: the first presentation of the ordered PRODUCTS at the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER.
• PRODUCTS: all items available on the SITE.
• TERRITORY: worldwide.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

These Terms govern the sale of PRODUCTS by the SELLER to its CUSTOMERS.

The CUSTOMER acknowledges that the SITE is intended for consumers. Professionals must contact the SELLER to benefit from separate contractual conditions.

ARTICLE 3 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The CUSTOMER agrees to read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

By confirming the order, the CUSTOMER acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms without restriction.

The SELLER recommends reviewing the Terms before each purchase.

ARTICLE 4 – PURCHASING PRODUCTS

• The CUSTOMER must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal authorization.
• The CUSTOMER must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The SELLER reserves the right to verify the CUSTOMER’s identity.
• Order tracking is available online or via customer service.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS

5.1 Product Characteristics

The SELLER provides essential product information. All PRODUCTS comply with applicable European and French regulations.

5.2 Order Process

• Selection of PRODUCTS and quantities
• Validation of cart
• Identification or account creation
• Payment and confirmation

A confirmation email is sent after the order is placed.

5.3 Order Date

The order date corresponds to confirmation by the SELLER.

5.4 Prices

• Prices are in euros, all taxes included (VAT included)
• Shipping costs are additional
• Prices may change at any time

5.5 Availability

If a product is unavailable:

• The CUSTOMER is informed promptly
• An alternative may be առաջարկed
• A refund is issued within 30 days if cancelled

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is detailed in the withdrawal policy (Appendix 1).

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT

• Stripe (secure payment)
• PayPal (secure external platform)

Payment Date

Payment is debited at the time of order.

Payment Issues

In case of refusal, the order may be cancelled automatically.

ARTICLE 8 – EVIDENCE & ARCHIVING

Orders over €120 are archived for 10 years.
The SELLER ensures secure transaction records.

ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Ownership transfers after full payment.
Risk transfers upon delivery.

ARTICLE 10 – DELIVERY

Delivery terms are defined in the Delivery Policy (Appendix 2).

ARTICLE 11 – PACKAGING

Products are packaged according to transport standards to ensure protection.

ARTICLE 12 – WARRANTIES

The CUSTOMER benefits from:

• Legal conformity warranty (2 years)
• Hidden defects warranty (Civil Code)

The CUSTOMER may request:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund or price reduction

Natural variations in artisanal products (color, texture) are not considered defects.

ARTICLE 13 – LIABILITY

The SELLER is not liable for:

• Customer errors
• Force majeure events
• External websites

ARTICLE 14 – FORCE MAJEURE

The SELLER is not responsible for delays due to events beyond its control (e.g., strikes, cyberattacks, natural disasters).

ARTICLE 15 – PERSONAL DATA

• Data is collected to process orders and improve services
• Customers can unsubscribe at any time
• Data is handled in compliance with GDPR

CUSTOMERS have rights to:

ARTICLE 20 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by French law.
Disputes fall under French courts jurisdiction.

APPENDIX 1 – WITHDRAWAL POLICY (SUMMARY)

• 14-day withdrawal period
• Return at CUSTOMER’s expense
• Refund within 14 days after return
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

APPENDIX 2 – DELIVERY POLICY (SUMMARY)

• Worldwide delivery
• Shipping times indicated on SITE
• Maximum delivery time: 30 days
• Signature required upon delivery

Unclaimed parcels:

• Re-shipment possible (fees apply)
• Refund minus shipping + €5 handling fee
