Right of Withdrawal
Principle of Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning or handing back the PRODUCT to the SELLER.
The PRODUCT must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after the CUSTOMER has communicated their decision to withdraw, unless the SELLER offers to collect the PRODUCT directly.
Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party designated by the CUSTOMER (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the PRODUCT.
If the order includes multiple PRODUCTS delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the last PRODUCT.
Notification of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify their decision through a clear statement (e.g., letter sent by post or email) to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, the CUSTOMER must send this notification before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, the SELLER will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the CUSTOMER that is more expensive than the standard option).
The refund will be processed:
- Without undue delay
- No later than 14 days after receipt of the returned PRODUCT
The SELLER will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged to the CUSTOMER.
The SELLER may delay the refund until:
- The PRODUCT is received, or
- Proof of return shipment is provided
Return Terms
The CUSTOMER must return the PRODUCT to:

- Processing time after receipt: 5 to 10 days
The deadline is met if the PRODUCT is shipped before the 14-day period expires.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the CUSTOMER
- If the PRODUCT cannot be returned by post due to its weight, the CUSTOMER remains responsible for return costs
Condition of Returned Goods
The PRODUCT must:
- Follow SELLER return instructions
- Include all accessories
- Be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Include proof of purchase
The CUSTOMER is only liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the PRODUCT.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations
- Customized or personalized goods
- Perishable goods
- Unsealed audio/video/software products
- Newspapers, magazines (except subscriptions)
- Accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure services with specific dates
- Goods mixed inseparably with others
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene/health reasons
- Alcoholic beverages subject to market fluctuations
- Digital content started with prior consent
- Public auction purchases
Unclaimed Parcels (Pickup Points)
The CUSTOMER agrees to collect their parcel within the carrier’s timeframe.
1. Reshipment
If the parcel is not collected:
- A new shipment can be arranged upon request
- Additional shipping fees apply
2. No Contact from CUSTOMER
If no contact is made before the parcel is returned:
- A refund will be issued minus:
- Initial shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Standard shipping cost (if originally free)
- A €5 processing fee
These costs reflect actual expenses and are not a penalty.
Justification of the €5 Processing Fee
The €5 fee covers actual costs incurred by the SELLER, including:
- Return shipping charged by the carrier
- Administrative and logistics handling (inspection, restocking, refund processing)
- Banking fees related to refunds
This fixed fee is lower than the real cost and complies with consumer protection laws.
3. Exclusions
This policy does not apply if the CUSTOMER contacted customer service before the parcel was returned.
