What are your shipping times?

Our orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours.
For example, an order placed on Monday at 11 PM will be shipped on Tuesday.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

During periods of high activity (sales, holidays, special operations), the shipping time may exceptionally reach up to 3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking link.

If you cannot find this email, please check your junk mail (spam) folder and the email address used when placing your order.

If in doubt, our customer service team remains at your disposal to help you track your package.

I haven't chosen my relay point, what should I do?

If you have not selected a relay point, a relay point close to your home will be chosen automatically.

If you wish to change the relay point, please contact us by email before 10 AM on the day after your order. We will then be able to make the change.

⚠️ Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the relay point.
If the package is not collected from the chosen relay point, transport fees may apply.

What are your shipping methods?

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times are indicated when choosing the delivery method and start from the moment your order is handed over to the carrier. They do not include order preparation time.

For fast delivery, we recommend choosing DPD Predict (home delivery).

⚠️ During periods of high demand (Christmas, private sales, etc.), pickup points and lockers may be saturated, which can lead to a slight delay. Home or work delivery remains the most reliable solution if you wish to receive your package quickly.

We do not have more information on the routing of your package than what is provided by the tracking link you receive by email after shipment.

How do I get my invoice?

To obtain your invoice, simply request it by email at the following address: cs@lartisanbrossier.com.

We will send it to you as soon as possible within 3 business days.

We generally respond within the day, but response times may vary depending on the period.
In any case, we guarantee a response within a maximum of 3 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

It is possible to modify or cancel your order, provided you contact us quickly.

Our orders are sent to the workshop every evening and every morning for preparation.
If you wish to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase.

We check our emails every morning: any request sent before 10 am can be taken into account where possible.

If you sent an email the night before, there is no need to call us in the morning: your request will be taken into account when processing messages.

After this deadline, your order may already be in preparation or shipped and can no longer be modified.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept product returns and exchanges.

  • For a return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For an exchange, the cost of returning the package to a relay point is free, to facilitate your experience. The return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

To make a return or exchange, please contact our customer service for instructions and the return address.

Are the brushes made in France?

Our brushes are made in France or Germany depending on the model, in workshops that respect quality artisanal know-how.
All brushes are inspected and prepared in our workshop located in the Côtes-d'Armor, to guarantee compliant and carefully finished products before shipping.

Which hairbrush should I choose for my hair type?

Choosing a hairbrush depends on your hair type (fine, thick, curly, fragile). A boar bristle brush is ideal for fine hair, while a detangling brush will be better suited for thick or curly hair.

What is the best brush for fragile or brittle hair?

Natural fiber or boar bristle brushes are recommended for fragile hair, as they respect the hair fiber and limit breakage.

Boar bristle or synthetic brush: what's the difference?

Boar bristles help distribute natural sebum and make hair shiny, while synthetic fibers are better suited for detangling.
