Any order placed online on the website lartisanbrossier.com implies prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Therefore, the buyer acknowledges that their agreement does not require a handwritten signature.
Article 1 – Orders
Orders from private individuals can only be placed on the website lartisanbrossier.com, owned by Vikim Diffusion.
Article 2 – Delivery and Delivery Times
Products are delivered to the address provided during the ordering process.
The average delivery time is one (1) week. In case of shipping delays, you will be informed by email of the estimated delivery date.
In accordance with legal provisions, if delivery is delayed by more than 30 days (Article L138-1 of the French Consumer Code), you have the right to cancel your order under the conditions defined in Article L138-2.
If you receive the product in the meantime, a refund including shipping costs will be issued in accordance with Article L138-3.
In the case of delivery by a carrier, Vikim Diffusion cannot be held responsible for delays due solely to the customer's unavailability after several delivery attempts.
Article 3 – Availability
In accordance with Article L111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer can review the essential characteristics of the product(s) before placing an order on lartisanbrossier.com.
All product offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 4 – Prices
- Prices are indicated in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs
- Payment must be made in Euros
- Vikim Diffusion reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice
Products are invoiced based on the price valid at the time of order confirmation.
Full payment is required at the time of order, unless otherwise specified. Payments cannot be considered as deposits.
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- The buyer becomes the importer
- Prices are automatically calculated excluding taxes
- Customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
Article 5 – Payment Methods
Payments are made exclusively in Euros via:
- PayPal: Secure payment via PayPal servers. No banking data is stored on lartisanbrossier.com.
- Credit Card
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return all or part of it for a full refund of the products.
Returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
In accordance with Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, used hygiene products cannot be returned.
You must notify us of your intention to return a product within 14 days of delivery.
Our customer service will provide instructions before returning the package. Please do not send any items back without prior instructions.

Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective product, please inform us immediately.
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery and notify us.
A replacement will be sent once the returned parcel has been received.
Article 7 – Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase:
- Credit card → refunded to the same card
- Bank transfer → refunded to the same account
Processing time depends on your bank and may take 5 to 14 business days.
Article 8 – Warranties
All products are covered by:
- Legal conformity warranty
- Warranty against hidden defects
In case of non-compliance, products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery via email or post.
Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Initial shipping costs will be refunded
- Return costs will be reimbursed upon proof
Article 9 – Liability
Products comply with current French legislation.
Vikim Diffusion cannot be held liable for:
- Non-compliance with regulations in the delivery country
- Misuse of products
- Internet-related issues (service interruption, viruses, etc.)
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local import regulations.
